I'm scrubbing the bathtub this morning when my precious child comes in the bathroom to investigate what I'm doing. After I point out the obvious, we have the following conversation:
him: but, mommy, why are you using a toothbrush?
me: (while demonstrating) because it helps me get into the corners
him: but, mommy, on t.v. they said that the sonic scrub brush would work much better!
me: .........
(uh...I think my kid watches too much t.v.)
That's just awesome. There's nothing wrong with enjoying TV commercials. I may or may not be able to sing just about every TV jingle known to man.

Yep, my kids know all the commercial jingles...especially that Sleep Country USA one. Too much television for sure. They also recognize all the "as seen on tv" products when we shop at Linens and Things. Gah!
